  • Services already delivered, initiated, or consumed.
  • Cases involving false information, incomplete documents, or user-side cancellation after processing has started.

Refund Review

Refund requests must be submitted with payment details and reason for request. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original or agreed payment method within a reasonable processing period.
